Forms Personalizations in R12 htm pages

 As you know, some of the forms based application components have been moved to htm based pages in R12. For instance, forms based customer and supplier forms in 11.5.10 are now htm based in R12. I have questions regarding forms personalization in R12:

1) Does anyone know how to perform forms personalizations for htm based screens? Is there such a feature in R12?

2) How Oracle handles existing forms personalizations during a R12 upgrade?
