7GB shared pool?

I have a database instance (version 10.2.0.3) which is using ASSM (where sga_target=12G).  When looking at how the pools are assigned by ASSM, I see the shared pool is 7GB and the buffer cache is only 5GB.

Does anyone else find that odd?
