oracle error: Unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory

 Hello I need your help to get rid of this error message: "Unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory".
I work as network administrator in my company. I installed on a server, Oracle 10gr1 and 5 schemas. MAny integrators work on them but often lose connection on the database with this error.

How can I do to get rid of this message.
