error after patch

Hi,

 in Payments module i applieed the patch 8525808 after i applied i struct in new error


ORA-04036 : package body "APPS.IBY.DISBURSEMENT_COMP_PUB" has errors

after that this message come

FRM-40735 when-validate-item trigger raized unhandled execption ORA-04063

after that the cursor not move to the other fields

wht should i do .after patch applied i didnt not do any admin task like recompile invalid onjects etc

wht u people advice for this
