Conversion of Legacy Data

 Hi,

We are using Oracle Projects.

1. The client has nearly 500 projects.

2.Out  of 500 he has 300+ open projects.

3.In the legacy system he is using projects transactions based on segment.

4.Now, client is doing fresh implementation on R12.

5.Client wants to transfer all rpojects 500 to new system.

How can I transfer running project data,closed project data and what type of templates can useful for me.

Is there any standard interfaces, APIs available ?

Kindly please suggest me ASAP more clearly.
