How can oracle project access be restricted for specific individuals in other modules like Payables,

Hi,

How can oracle project access be restricted for specific individuals in other modules like Payables,Purchasing, inventory etc... (metalink note:805652.1)

as per requirement they don't want see other projects in the requistion,po lov .

kindly suggest me ASAP.
