AWR - question on segments by physical reads section

 Hi,

While analyzing AWR report for an application which deployed into RAC platform, I see there a row reported with UNAVAILABLE/UNDEFINED values.

Is that normal for RAC platform ?. Would you help me out with this issue. This application is experiencing serious performance issues after migrated to RAC.
