install oralcle 10.2.0.4 Database on windows 2008 64bit (windows version 6.1)

Can anyone tell me if it is posiblem to install 10.2.0.4 onto a windows system 2008 64bit (windows version 6.1)? when i try the install i get an error saying software can only install on windows version 6.0 or lower.
