How to use pl/sql package on a custom column in the CWB worksheet?

There are one item called GradeRange from "Available Items" under Personalization by Plan in a CWB worksheet.  Since the salary range field is prorated, we would like to show as hourly ranges for Nonexempts and keep to show as annual ranges for Exempts. I have two questions:

 

  1. Why "GradeRange" item display Salary Range for hour rate people?
  2. If needed to customize it, how to use our custom pl/sql package as the attribute for setting a dynamic column property?
