Project organization Hierachy, cant add subordinates tp more than one organization

 Afternoon

I have created my project organization hierachy and assigned subordinates to one organization however when I go to assign to another "parent Organization" there is NO lov. All Orgs have been setup the same With Operating Uniit Project Exp Org and Project task assigned in Organization so I dont think its an org setup. Seems I can only assign to one Parent which does seem right.

We on 11.5.10 thanks for you help
