Copying Agreement Templates

 Hi,

Does anyone know why, when creating a new project, agreements are only copied to the new project when this is created from a template with an attached agreement and not when a project with attached agreement is copied?

I know this is what the documentation says, but does anyone know if there is a good reason for this?
