Problem using Control Data Changes with Oracle 10.2.0.1

Hi. We've found a rare behavior using CDC. We have an external aplication coded in C# that reads a group of tables under CDC control. We've seen that reading this tables without any write access, the space in our data tablespace decrease quickly.
Then we have installed the upgrade for the 10.2.0.3 and works fine.

Does anybody know if exists a oracle bug with the 10.2.0.1 version?
