problems with queries execution speed

 Hi,
I've a customer that has a server where oracle db 11g is installed and there there is no problems with speed of some queries in our application. But in others computers connected to that server, the customer claims that the application sometimes is very slow and other times is ok.
Why is this happenning? Their LAN seems to be ok. There is any tool to test the LAN?
