How can I find out if this Enhancement Request has ever been considered, worked on or even if it has been completed?

From Doc ID 339728.1 You identify a problem with a shipment, and flag it as a Receipt Exception for further investigation. However, there is no way to remove this receipt exception flag within the purchasing system, and it prevents an invoice from being paid as it places an invoice on matching hold. The AP clerk is the only person who can override this hold. Buyer or requester cannot remove the flag. An enhancement request #<Bug: 4714737> is logged to uncheck this flag by Buyer or Requester.
