Use Budget Rates uploaded by Excel for Actual Revenue and Billing calculation.

 We are creating Projects budget information through the Excel upload from an external Quotation management system. The data includes quantities and rates for expenditure types.

Is there a way to use these planning rates for the calculation of the actual Revenue and Billing amount without having to create a specific Rate Schedule with the data already uploaded in the budget?
