Trying to upload a excel from Oracle Forms

Hi

I am trying to upload a excel from Oracle Forms 6i.

My setup is Oracle 11G database in Linux with Oracle Apps 10G.

It is failing in

DDE.INITIATE('EXCEL',file_path);

Can any one help on this
