File manager and Single Sign On (SSO) with Agile 9227?

 I'd like to set up agile to use SSO but i'm running in to a few obstacles.  First, once i set up IIS to use integrated windows authentication, the 'file manager connection' and 'vue server connection' show a failed status on the file manager configuration page.  I can only get them to show 'success' when i enable anonymous access in IIS which in turn disables SSO.

Also, with SSO enabled how are users outside of our organization supposed to access agile?  I tried setting up a separate website for external use only that allows anonymous access which worked ok and even cleared up the failed file manager statuses, but when i try to access attachments using an agile generated shortcut (attachments tab>get shortcut) all i get is a blank screen unless i undo the SSO setups in the jazn.xml orion-applicaction.xml files.  It appears the attachment shortcuts only work with the internal server name and not the external web address while SSO is enabled. Anyone know how
