Issues on load items with Solidworks 2009 Connector via EC to Agile 9.3

Currently we are trying to connect our Agile 9.3 environment with Solidworks 2009 via EC module.
The EC client works well with full functionalities, but when initiate Solidworks it always report the error as "can't connect to PLM" and "can't load model" when we try to load items from EC. When we want to check out any useful info from the event log, although it reports the log is saved under the folder we configured, we never found the log anywhere.
We suspected it would be configuration issues of 3DCADMapping.ini file, but not sure if it's JAVA or data model issue.
