Email Notification
In OTM, we setup email notification in automation agent when Order Release created. Automation agent is sending email notification to the contact perfectly.
Our requirement is

When sending the email to the contact, can we set "Reply-To" email id in the mail? So that in case of reply of the mail or in case of bounce/error in mail delivery, the reply/delivery failure notification can come in the "Reply-To" email id.
Please let us know how to achieve our requirement.
