Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to add a new node in two node rac db ,

rac is 9.2.0.8 and os system is aix 5l, they want to add a node become three node cluster ?
