Sending non CIP assets through PA - FA interface

 We have capital assets(FA clearing account) that are charged to indirect projects.  If I transfer these invoices through Payables to FA, the project and task information does not transfer to FA.   Is there anyway to transfer these assets through PA so that the project information is available in FA?  We track capital assets to indirect projects to track costs, not to build an asset.
