How to add a drop down text column in a CWB worksheet?

Hi,

 

Could we add a drop down text column in the CWB worksheet and how to store this information with employee record? 

 

The requirement as:

 

Add one filed in the CWB worksheet that is a drop down list which could contain some of info like  "Change Reason 1", "Change Reason 2", "Change Reason 3"… That allows manager to pick up one of them and save this info. with the whole employee info on a worksheet into database.

 

Please advice if this is doable?
