Copy of purchase order approval notification to a user other than preparer

As per PO_Approv wokflow functionality  preparer create a purchase order and forward the document through hierarchy to an approver. When order  is approved by approver, preparer get the notification that order is approved.

My user is having requirement that  they need a copy that approved notification to one of the user in the hierarchy apart from preparer
