Hardware Suggestion for oracle db and oracle application server and for RHEL 4.8

Friends,

I don't know where this question will suite.

Could anybody suggestion me a good HP server for the below specifications?

1. Oracle Database 10g/11g and RHEL AS 4.x/5.x in one server (150 users will be connecting)

2. Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2 and windows 2003 SP1/above in one server (150 users will be connecting)

3. Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.2 and RHEL AS 4.x/5.x in one server (150 users will be connecting)
