PN:commencement date disappears in lease and invalid location code

Property Manager- R12.0.6

 While creating New lease, In the Key lease date, there are theree fields "Excuetion date, Commencement date and termination date. After saving, the commencement date disappers.

In the Location code, i have given relevant fields & while saving "Invalid field value for location code".

If you have solution ,Pls let me know
