Manage deliverables

 Dear All ,

We have a requirement the deliverables created by buyers should be visible to the manager in manage delivarables  as manager can keep a track of the performance of the deliverables . Currently only the buyer who created the deliverable can view the deliverable . Can anyone tell me what function needs to be added to the managers responsibility to enable this feature . IS there any setup change that needs to be made .
