Purchasing responsibility functions

 Hi all ,

I have created a new responsibility for buyer . When i search for the contract purchase agreements in the Purchase order summary and click on open a new Blank purchase order form opens . Can some one help me with  functions that need to be added to this responsibility to enable the buyer to open any purchase document in system .
