Managing targets without installing agent software

 Hi All,

Is there a way of monitoring a target without configuring agent software on that target ?

e.g. We have a host which is generating diagnostics logs by its own [ CPU Utilization, Disk Utilization etc...].  So we need to upload these logs to GRID control and monitor through EM without installing agent on that server.
