Journal Entry Reserve Ledge report and Rxi Fixed Assets Register - a comparison

Hi,

We are in Release 12. In Fixed Assets, the journal entry reserve ledger report is still in text format. Is there any other rerport in the similar type which is either in Tab delimited. We find it very difficult to download the report and covert it into excel format. The description of the asset is also not complete. Is it possible to change the report structure to suit our requirements.

I had designed one report in Rxi : Fixed Assets Register. But this report does not give the Ytd depreciation of retired assets. As a result the Journal entry Reserve Ledger report and Rxi Fixed Assets Register is not matching although the cost and Acc. Dep reserve tally.
