Automatically create Subscription contracts/agreements thorugh iStore and OM to Service contracts

As far as I understand it is still not possible to generate/create Subscription Contracts automatically from OM, Version 11.5.10.2?

A customer in Norway would like to offer their subscribers/customers to manage thair own service contracts from the self service(iStore)module. That means that they need to create Subscriptions agreements with tangible items from iStore, and through OM get this created automatically in Service Contracts.  

Do they need to manually register subscription contracts in the service contracts module or is it possible to make the customer generate this themselves?
