Time zone discrepancies result in failure to meet monthly targets.

Our server is set to Eastern time zone, our manufacturing plants in Mexico have to ship prior to 9pm Pacifi Time to meet the end of month numbers. This essentially reduces the number of work hours to meet the monthly shipping numbers


If Shipments occur after 9pm Pacific time then in the reports they show up as the next month shipments causing the plant to not meet it's monthly numbers. How can we handle this ?

We are on release 11.5.10 of Oracle eBiz.
