can i clone 9.2.0.8 binaries from solaris 9 to solaris 10

 Hello Experts, I want to migrate 2tb size of database (9.2.0.8 version) from solaris 9 to solaris 10.

Can I clone 9.2.0.8 oracle binaries(copying) from solaris 9 server to solaris 10 server.

Otherwise we need to install fresh oracle 9.2.0.8 home in new solaris 10 server,which is better.

Please give me your valuable suggestions
