October CPU and Grid

  So, last week the new CPU came out, and i expected Grid to tell me that everything needed the new patch.  Only a couple of systems that are registered with Agents on Grid have the new October Crit Patch Advisory for their Oracle Homes... and it looks like the Oracle Homes that i never installed the July one on.  If you've installed the July CPU, do you not need to install the Oct one?  Or is Grid just being weird?  Do i need to run an update on Grid or maybe bounce the Agents for the systems that i installed
