ORA-16191: Primary log shipping client not logged on standby

 Hi,

Both primary and standby have password files with the same SYS password (note the two password files are not identical) with remote_login_passwordfile set to exclusive.  Both instances are restarted. Now the primary EM console reports error ORA-16191. 

Q1: Is there something else that I am missing here?  Do the two password files have to be identical?

Q2: I haven't completed the Data Guard configuration by running duplicate database command yet.  Shall I ignore this error and proceed to duplicate the database?
