TRACK OF RFQ FROM QOUTATION

We are using process of Purchase through Purchase Requisition  than from Purchase requistion to RFQ then RFQ to QOUTATION and Quotation to PO. we can back track from po to find out the qouat and from qout to rfq But not been able to find the RFQ to Purcahse requisition link. and not been able to find  this rfq created from whichrequisition. also from requisition are not been able to find wether we are at rfq stag or qouation stag or else where.

Kindly advise the best solution.
