Badly Titled MOS Knowledge Articles

Can those responsible for creating MOS Knowledge Articles, particularly Alerts please be asked to give a meaningful title, and not one that wastes peoples time.

An example of a misleading one is

959605.1 Revised Software Patch Release Process

This article relates only to Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, but the title implies that it is for ALL software patches. This misleading title not only wastes peoples time, but will put unnecessary load on the MOS servers with a resultant performance impact on a system that does not have a good reputation for performance.

I can understand how the misleading subject title comes about, but it only takes a bit of care and thinking about the wider context to get it right.

Howdy, Stranger!
