PN:Termination of a Lease

My users have actually been creating new stores to create a new lease.  My suggestions were to term the lease but keep the same store.   For testing, I term the lease using the amend feature and created a new lease line.  Now the new quesions:

What happens to the existing variable rent, does it get replaced?

What happens to the payment term templates that are set up? Do they have to be recreated?

What about the sales history?

What about about the payment history, does this get reentered, if we enter a new stream from the commencement of the lease will this generate a large payment from the commencement date of the lease?
