Terminating Element "None" link not available upon a redesign of a Virtual Connection during the ini
We are having an intermittent problem in MSS when redesigning a virtual connection that after the Originating Network Element is selected by clicking on the "None" link the Terminating Network "None" link is available, but the Terminating Element "None" link is not available as it originally was when the design was opened.
Note: This is all in the design process of a new circuit prior to the design being issued.
Possibly relevant: There are two Customer Sites with the same name that display when you click on the "None" link for the Originating Network Element. It appears as though the first time a user opens the DLR through either the work management task or through connection design if the correct Customer Site is selected that the Physical Connection is built to the Terminating Element link is available; however, if the user goes to the schematic design and selects redesign there doesn't appear to be a way for the user to "fix" it.
