Viewer issue getting servlet error upon viewing document, java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/s

 Had some problems with installation of 93 and wls 10.1.3

Uninstalled 93, autovue etc.

Re-installed 93, Autovue

93 works fine but when I launch Agile viewer on a document I get popup box but it does not display anything.

I cannot get files any longer either through browse or java.  File manager is fine and working

In the log file after each view try I do see an error of

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/servlet/jsp/StandardTagLib

This is happening on two systems, two different databases

Any ideas?
