Restricting LOV in Launch Journal Wizard

hello all I have tried to follow the steps in note 852030.1 to restrict the layouts mentioned in the list of value of the Journal Wizard function in the GL Super User menu.
Unfortunately without success. Which steps did I overlook?

Menu  GL_SUPERUSER / SubMenu GL_SU_JOURNAL. / SubMenu GL_JOURNAL_ADI_HOME_MENU
I am not sure whether I should add the parameter to function:
Launch Journal Wizard
or Launch Web ADI Document
Have added parameter: bne:page=BneCreateDoc&bne:integrator=101:JOURNALS_120&bne:layout=101:XXFUNCTIONALACTUALSSINGLE
(as test to see if only the XX Functional - Actual Single layout appears).
However, I can still see all Layouts available for the Journal integrator.
