Need to clear agent plugins for non-existent servers

We had deployed the SQL Server plugin to Win32 Grid Control Agents. We subsequently uninstalled the agents and removed the agents and the hosts from EM; however, we neglected to undeploy the plugins. These servers have already been decommisioned. Is there a way to clear them from the list of deployed plugins and then delete the SQL Server plugin from EM? We cannot remove the SQL Server plugin from EM as long as it thinks it is deployed to agents.
