Automatic Upload from excel spreadsheet

 Gurus,

We have a requierment to upload GL account values into the flexfiled. There are hundreds of them and we are looking to upload into the felx field value tables automatically. The data would be coming frrom an excel spreadsheet. Similar requirement is also in line for uploading the cost center values. Any help in this regard will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
