In Project Contracts, how do you move a contract line from Signed to Active?

 Hi,

One of my clients is running R12 Project Contracts and must enter future-dated contract lines to support several reports.  When the contract is entered some lines have a future start date. We are using the seeded contract approval workflow so when it runs, the future-dated lines go into a status of "Signed".

Once the line start date is reached in time (or if the start date is edited to be some date in the past using a change request) how do we change the line status from "Signed" to "Active"?  The "Activate Lines" process does not pick up lines in "Signed" Status.
