recreating dbconsole on primary with a 10g logical standby in place

Hi,
we have a 10.2.0.4 primary database and logical standby database in place
we need to be able to re-create dbconsole on primary database (after 10.2.0.4 patch it stopped
working and we intend to re-create it using emca). We also need to create a dbconsole on the
logical standby database so that we can monitor and manage the logical standby using gui interface
Questions
1. When we re-create the dbconsole on primary using emca, would it have any impact on the logical standby?
Would any of the commands be propagated to standby database and stoppong the apply process?
2. Do we need to take any precautions before running emca on the logical standby like shutting off
