oracle9i create trigger ... after dml on database

 Hi !

how come could we get access into the oracle coding that build the create trigger ... after ddl on database or schema? any idea ? is that possible to do so then having that ?

could we simulate a oracle9i create trigger ... after dml on database or schema ? any sampling code
