Updating note 356535.1 concerning VIP failing to start

What is the apporpriate venue for asking that a particular document be updated?

Note 356535.1 is a discussion of how to resolve a vip that won't come up.  I experienced this symptom recently, and recommended actions did not resolve my problem.

Turns out the server admin working on the box had chosen to rename the network connections.  He didn't know it would cause a problem, and I didn't know (initially) that this had been done.

Eventually I ran oifcfg and identified the problem.  It would be nice if this note could be tweaked to include as a "cause" of a vip failing to start the possibility that the network connection names had been altered without also running oifcfg.
