ora 4301 question

we meet some situation , the db report ora 04031 error .

i think the reason is maybe share_pool size is not larger enough, maybe the bind variable is not used ?

sometimes seem to startup can resolve this error.

but i want to kown can us estimate a reasonable size about share_pool ?
