Cannot open Forms once logged into Oracle R12 E-business suite

 Hi

I recently installed Oracle R12 (e-business suite 12.1.1) on my XP machine and was able to log in and open up java based forms as normal. However, recently for some unknown reasons I can only log in ok but when I click on any links which requires accesss to forms (such as System Profile Options) then I get an error message saying "404 not found The requested URL /forms/frmsrvlet was not found on this server." and the forms do not launch.

Any advice on why this happens and the solution to this?
