Why is an order line cancelled synchroncially when do "cancel" on another line with the same item&so

 The order lines are imported from API. Under a class item there are two option lines having the same item,sort_order,component code,etc.When do "cancell" on one of them,the other is cancelled synchroncially.Is there anyone tell me the reason?Thanks.
