Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. rac resource ons quesiton

our customer have rac db (11.1.0.7), two node.

they see node 2 crs resource ons is offline (other resource is ok),

but seem that ons offline dosen't effect our db and app,

so they want to kown what does ons used for?

if this ons is not offline ,dose it have critical impact to oracle db and app?
